We strive to provide 99.999% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services, as maintenance, updates, and unforeseen circumstances may require temporary service interruptions.
We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice to ensure service security and stability.
We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service failures.
You retain ownership of all data you store in our services. We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for purposes other than providing our services.
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your data is properly secured and backed up.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall QuickDB be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QuickDB and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, you will lose access to our services and your data may be deleted.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. We may delete your account and data, though we will provide reasonable notice and opportunity to export your data when possible.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the courts of San Francisco County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and QuickDB regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
The failure of QuickDB to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
